The BUILD Initiative recently released a new brief which gives a great overview of how Preschool Development Grants Birth-to-Five are being used in states to support family child care providers.

The report's lead author is Rachel Schumacher, a huge supporter of family child care, and formerly the Director of the Office of Child Care in the Administration for Children and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the Obama administration.
